The sake bottle form is wonderfully pleasing in the hand and pours effortlessly. While I made these as vases, the smooth, food-safe white interior also makes them suitable for serving beverages.
Each piece is thrown from two contrasting stoneware clays. As they move together on the wheel, their natural flow creates stone-like veining. The results are limitless and unrepeatable—no two pieces will ever share the same landscape of color and form.
