Shipping & Delivery
Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and economically as possible. Studio In Stock items usually ship within 1 week of your order, However, since in addition to making each piece, I am also the packing, shipping and customer service departments, at times the shipping time might be a bit sooner or a little longer than that. If your order for Studio In Stock items is combined with Pre-Order items, I will normally wait until all pieces are ready to ship before sending out the order. If you need immediate delivery of a Studio In Stock item, please let me know. I primarily use UPS ground for shipments, although if you need delivery to a P.O. box, I'll use USPS. I offer free shipping within the continental USA on orders of $50 and over Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii Puerto Rico and Canada is also available via USPS, but requires an extra charge which is calculated after you've input your address upon checkout.
If you need to get an order delivered faster than the 4-6 business day time frame, please call and we can set up a rush delivery with UPS. Shipping rates will vary.
Breakage in Shipping
Occasionally, breakage occurs during shipping. if this happens with your order, please send me an email with information on what was damaged. Also, please let me know if the box appeared damaged. If the box is damaged, please take digital photos of all 6 sides of the carton and email them to me. UPS requires these photos in order for me to make a claim. Please hang on to the damaged carton until UPS decides whether or not they need to inspect it. In the meantime, we will work with you to get a replacement out ASAP.
