Inspired by 19th-century pottery from Galena, Illinois, this set of four hand-thrown herb pots is made from iron-bearing clay that fires to a warm gingerbread hue. Choose a galvanized tray, a copper-plated tray, or the pots on their own — each piece handmade one at a time in our Wisconsin studio.

Stoneware is non-porous, so will not absorb water. However, care should be taken not to overwater, as this will overflow the saucer, and could mar the surface beneath.
