There’s something deeply satisfying about throwing a form that’s simple, clean, and made for a purpose.
This poinsettia cachepot — sometimes called a sleeve — is crafted without a drain hole so your holiday plant can slip right in.
The understated shape is finished with a classic dentil motif around the rim — a subtle detail that lends timeless character to the piece.
These are available in two distinctly different glazes: Our Cloud White glaze is soft and luminous, while our Verdigris Marbled pieces have a unique, one of a kind pattern from copper infused clay mixed with white clay.
Each piece is hand-thrown and high fired, made to last for many seasons to come.
- Hand thrown in Rockdale, Wisconsin by Peter.
- Fired to 2350° F
- Lead-free stoneware glaze.
- No drainage hole.
- Each pot is made by hand on the potter's wheel, and glazed by hand. Slight variations in size, glaze application and texture are elements of the handmade process and are to be expected.
