The Scalloped Half Pot is inspired by the garden pottery of England and France, and years of working closely with Guy Wolff. The profile is called a "half" pot because it takes the form of the top half of a "full" pot. The wider proportions make it a good pot for multiple plantings, or grasses.

The recommended saucer for this pot is the #12 size, which can be ordered separately.  The saucer is 8.5 inside diameter x 10.5 outside diameter x 1 tall. Will accommodate a pot with a 7.5" base.

Finding the right saucer for a flowerpot can be a challenge.  The wrong saucer, (with sides that are too tall) can obscure the form of the pot.  This is especially problematic with pots that have an ornamented pedestal foot.  I've designed my saucers to be lower profile so that they enhance the form of the pot, rather than obscuring it.

My saucers are treated with an acryllic sealer to make them as water resistant as possible.  However, care should be taken when watering your plant that it is not in a location where moisture will damage the surface where the pot is sitting.  (I recommend not putting them on your Grandmother's mahogany table).
