Details

The Roped Rim Scalloped Full Pot is inspired by the garden pottery of England and France, and years of working closely with Guy Wolff.  My scalloped pots feature a split rim, one of which has the texture of roping added to it on the wheel using a coggle, (also called a roulette), which accentuates the graceful curves of the rim.

Care Guide
Soda Fired pots are vitreous stoneware, fired to 2350° F. (1288° C ) They can be used indoors or outdoors. Although stoneware is waterproof, condensation can form after watering. Do not set watered pot directly on any surface that could be marred by moisture. For longest life in use outdoors, store indoors when temperatures are below freezing.
